OREANDA-NEWS. July 04, 2008. Danske bankas started a cycle of educational events "Tea with Danske bankas" in the entire Lithuania. The managers of bank divisions organize seminars-discussions on finance subjects for existing and future clients of the bank on every third Wednesday of each month until the end of the year, reported the press-centre of Danske bankas.

The events will take place at one time in nine major bank's customer service divisions: in Klaipeda, Kaunas, Alytus, Panevezys, Siauliai, Marijampole and Vilnius.

During the seminars Danske bankas experts will share experiences, consult clients on issues of interest to them and will advise how to handle finances in the proper way. The organizers have no doubt that the participants will successfully apply the knowledge gained during these seminars in practise, whereas familiarization with the market topicalities will be of use only when they will have to make financial decisions.

The lectures will be delivered by experts of various spheres. Marius Kairys (Head of Vilnius Branch of SAMPO Life Lietuva) and Vilma Pliopliene (Sales Development Manager of SAMPO Life Lietuva) will speak about life insurance. Darius Kuzmickas (Manager of the Danske bankas Investment and Savings Department) will introduce investment possibilities and Liubov Bachvalova (Project Manager of the Danske bankas Investment and Savings Department) will speak about investment principles. Antanas Zabarauskas (Finance Consultant of the Danske bankas Private Banking Department) will tell participants of the seminar how to earn their first million. The peculiarities of electronic banking will be presented by Laura Stapanauskiene (Project Manager of the Danske bankas Sales Channels Department).

Seminars with Danske bankas financial advisors will also be attended by the event partners. Robertas Urbonavicius (manager of the Danske bankas Payment Card Development Division) will brief on the peculiarities of use of payment cards abroad, followed the representatives of UAB "Krantas Travel" who will tell about the most popular trips organized abroad. Representatives of UAB If draudimas will join discussions with Darius Jasinskis (Manager of the Danske bankas Product Management Department) about housing finance.
