OREANDA-NEWS. On 04 July 2008 was announced, that Midland Development commissioned the main building of Yuzhny Port business centre of class B+ in southeast Moscow.

“The complex is located on 2nd Yuzhnoportovy Proezd not far from Kozhukhovskaya metro station and has a good vehicle access. Such routes as the third ring road, Volgogradsky Avenue and Andropova Avenue run near the building,” a press release of the company said.

According to it, the business centre is to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2009. It will contain several buildings with various areas and various numbers of storeys set to be built in 3 stages with short intervals between them.

The area of the whole business centre will exceed 56,900 sq m.

The total investment in the erection of the business centre is estimated to be \\\\$150 million
