OREANDA-NEWS. July 3, 2008. Representatives of 13 ministries and public institutions such as Union of Manufacturers and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, ministries of taxes, customs and agriculture hosted the event. In his speech head of Turkmenian delegation Mr. Pevlan Taganov Head of the Chamber of Trade and Industry of Turkmenistan welcomed participants of the event. Representatives of the Ministry of Taxes, Ministry of Economy and Turkmenian Stock Exchange also made their speeches. President of AZPROMO Mr. Emil Majidov presented the official figures of the socio-economic situation in Azerbaijan.

As a result of the event the official visit of Turkmenian delegation to Azerbaijan is planned.

Within the official program the grave of the first President of Turkmenistan and the biggest mosque in Middle Asia “Turkmenbashinin Ruh Mecheti” were visited by Azerbaijani delegation. National presents were prepared by the members of the Board of Trustees of AZPROMO “Caspian Service” and “Azersun” specially for the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov.
