OREANDA-NEWS. July 2, 2008. In power holding "Tatenergo" were held the competitions for title "Best Team of Distribution Networks of JSC "Network Company". The final stage of competition between the best electricians from each region of Republic was held on the training field in Tetyushi.

Electricians of distribution networks work on solving the task of dependable, nonstop and quality supply of electricity to our consumers despite nature disasters. The high skill and responsibility of staff of distribution grids allows to react fast at any emergencies in the grids and remove them quickly. Due to their skills in 2007 were quickly removed the impact of the strong hurricane in Kazan and some regions of RT.

Specialists of distribution networks prove their readiness to extreme situations in course of anti-emergency training. Bets electricians in Republic of Tatarstan are determined once in 2 years. There competed 9 bets teams of JSC "Netwrok Company" and electricians of Buinsk location of JSC "SVSESS". Master Ilgiz Giniyatullin thinks that in such competitions for members of their team – this is invaluable experience that you would not acquire, only studying the many technical books and normatives. Together with experienced electricians contest the young guys.

On the first day the teams showed furnishing with tools, devices and protection means. The best result at the stage showed teams of CEN and BuEN. Later the team members were checked for knowledge of accident prevention rules. The highest grade received the electricians from NkEN.

The major event on second day of competitions became releasing the "suffered" from current effect and his bringing down from the pole. The BuEN team spent just 3 minutes and 8 seconds. After the electricians competed in skills of intensive care. The best were again Buinsk teams and team of JSC "SVSESS". Afterwards the teams on base of strict schedule paid "grounding" on the pole, checked the grounding circuit, integrity of transformer substations windings, checked the mounting of branch by self-bearing cables, replaced the electricity meters, worked on skills of fire extinguishing in electrical installations.

Electricians from NchEN, PEN an YEN were the best to work with SIP. The teams of KEN and CEN were the fastest in replacing the meters. At fire relay the best were electricians from BuEN. For the first time this year the program included the step "Conducting Review of Aerial Electricity Transmission Lines 10 kV". The correct staff review sheet is the prerequisite for quality overhaul with minimal expenditures. The best results on this stage displayed the teams from BuEN, SVSESS, PEN and CEN.

The contestants displayed high professional skills, the cup in heavy contest received the team of Tetyushi REN of Buinsk grids. Silver medals received electricians from Chistopol REN CEN. Third ranked the team from Menzelinsk REN of Nizhnekamsk grids.

The best master of distribution networks became master of Laishevo REN PEN Michael Goncharov. Vladimir Sadovnikov from Chistopol REN CEN the jury defined the best work producer. The best electrician – member of team was named Alexander Ilyin from Tetyushi REN BuEN. Among dispatchers ranked high Alexander Alexandrov from Cheremshan REN BEN.

Professional competition of specialists of distribution networks became the "school of mastership" for many generations of power engineers. For instance, master from CEN Stanislav Chubarov for the first time took part in such competitions in 1998 – then as the electrician. Now he for the second time brings his team as master. Enhancing his professional level in production he in 2006 finished Kazan Power Engineering University.

For specialists of distribution networks these completions are the chance to relay the professional traditions to youth – to enhance the level of knowledge. Combination of practical and theoretical knowledge gives efficient result in everyday work by electricians. Other benefit at professional competitions is exchange of advanced expertise where they acquire new knowledge.

His time contestants familiarized with advanced technologies, facilities and uniform presented by "Eltehnika-Volga", "Tavrida-Elektrik". Yelizaveta Vasileva, managing sales from JSC "FPG Energokontrakt", brought the samples of the new uniform and gifts to winners. Guests from Moscow visiting such competitions in other power systems of Russia, noted the fine condition of Tetyushi Educational-Training field, meeting the highest requirements.
