Criminals Stealing Oil Sentenced
OREANDA-NEWS. On 01 July 2008 was announced, that activities of two criminal groups were terminated in Chelyabinsk region with accusation for stealing of oil and petroleum products by means of unauthorized cut-it to the trunk pipelines located on the territory of Etkulsk region and Zlatoust municipality.
Juridical scrutiny found that Alexander Gritsenko, Dmitry and Alexey Shelomentsev and Stanislav Sypalo have stolen more than 48 million tons of oil to the amount of more than 195 thou rubles since November 2006 to January 2007.
Gritsenko and Shelomentsev brothers are convicted in accordance with clauses “a, b’ of article 158, part 2 (larceny with the unauthorized entry of a storage committed by prior arrangement of a group of persons) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. D. Shelomentsev and A. Gritsenko were sentenced a custodial sanction for a period of 3 years shut in a maximum security penal colony. A. Shelomentsev was conditionally sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of incarceration. S. Sypalo is sentenced for aiding and abetting in accordance with clauses “a, b” of part 5, article 33 and part 2 article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to a penalty of 150 thousand rubles.
Zlatoust’s city court passed a sentence upon Anton Panferov and Andrey Radchenko. They were brought to guilty for several larcenies of oil and petroleum products form “Ufa-Petropavlovsk” petroleum products pipeline by means of the unauthorized cut-in made in January 2008 with total volume of about 2 tons amounting to over than 30,5 thousand rubles.
A. Panferov and A. Radchenko are convicted in accordance with part 3 of article 30, clause “b” of part 3, article 158 (attempt of larceny of petroleum products), and part 3 of article 158 clause “b” (larceny of petroleum products) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced to 2 years of of incarceration.
