OREANDA-NEWS. On June 27, 2008 Energy Consulting/Business Service held a training seminar on the theme “Complex issues of personnel management” for personnel departments’ specialists of enterprises of Chelyabinsk and Chelyabinsk Region, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting.

The main goal of 2-days seminar was to discuss issues of personnel management, consulting on the most important lines of HR-activity, informing of the best HR-practices.

Marina Malykhina, General Director of Energy Consulting/Business Service, Vera Tsareva, manager of personnel outsourcing department, Anna Lapteva, projects manager of business consulting department of Energy Consulting, delivered a speech on the seminar in Chelyabinsk.

In the course of the practicum experts covered the most urgent issues of personnel records management, considered methods of personnel valuation and adaptation of new employees of enterprises and companies, presented modern solutions in the sphere of personnel motivation. Participants of the seminar took a particular interest in discussion of the concept of developing a general services center (GSC) in holding structures, allowing to optimize costs, to improve the quality and efficiency of personnel management system.
