Sibir Airlines Conducts Second Debenture Issue
OREANDA-NEWS. June 27, 2008. OJSC “Sibir Airlines” (S7 Airlines) announced the issue of debentures for a quantity of 2,300,000 bonds through public subscription, reported the press-centre of S7 Airlines.
The face value of each bond being issued is 1000 rubles. The issue price is equal to the face value of the bond. Bond maturity is 5 years from the date of issue. The lead manager of the issue is OJSC “Alpha Bank”.
The goal of the bond issue is refinancing the debt portfolio.
The decision on issue of the bonds was taken at the meeting of the Board of Directors of OJSC “Sibir Airlines” dated 19th June 2008.
The first issue of “Sibir Airlines” debenture was placed in July 2007. In January 2008 the 1st coupon payment on the non-convertible interest bearing documentary bearer bonds of OJSC “Sibir Airlines” was made. The total value of the payments made was 122,432,915.00 rubles.
The next coupon payment as per conditions of the first debenture will take place in July 2008.
