OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 June 2008 OJSC OGK-2 announced that it expects that its audited IFRS financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007, which are expected to be published on June 30, 2008, will show a loss of RUB 266,000 thousand, compared to a profit of RUB 2,434,013 thousand for the prior year. The 2006 profit included the effect of the RUB 4,307,159 thousand reversal of impairment of property, plant and equipment and assets under construction.

The 2007 audited financial statements are in the process of being finalized, and the actual amount may be different from the amount forecasted.
