OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 June 2008 was announced, that Ukrtelecom had introduced new super attractive rates for fixed telephone calls of its subscribers to customers of mobile operator Utel. From now on one minute of a fixed line telephone call to a Utel mobile subscriber costs only 25 kopecks, Vat inclusive.

The same rate is imposed for one minute of a Utel mobile subscriber’s call to a fixed line telephone number of Ukrtelecom’s customer as well as for one minute of calls within mobile operator Utel network.
