OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 June 2008 was announced, that the first company among Ukrainian Traffic Exchange Network participants, VOLIA has made the second connection at 10 Gbps. VOLIA doubled bandwidth capacity in the Ukrainian Internet segment and increased reliability of its connection by using several hot backups. Last year VOLIA became the first Ukrainian company to apply the 10GbEthernet technology for Internet connections.

Currently VOLIA owns several transit links with a total capacity of 4 Gbps and several links to UA-IX with a total capacity of 20 Gbps. It is the best connectivity among Ukrainian Internet service providers.

Today, company offers several groups of tariff plans.

The following tariff plans are available for home subscribers: “Bezmezhzhia” – 30,000 MB (subscriber fee is UAH 150 per month), “Veleten” – 10,000 MB (UAH 100 per month), “Universal” – 3,000 MB (UAH 75 per month), “Class” – 1,000 MB (UAH 50 per month), “Lite” - 250 MB (UAH 25 per month).

Volia Premium TV subscribers and those customers, who would like to get both services (Internet and Digital TV) at once, are offered the following tariff plans: “Zrikovy + TV” – 40,000 MB (subscriber fee UAH 155 per month), “MegaHit+TV” – 15,000 MB (UAH 105 month), “Svitovy+TV” – 8,500 MB (UAH 85 per month), “Classic+TV” – 3,000 MB (UAH 65 per month), “Start+TV” – 1,000 MB (UAH 45 per month).

VOLIA also offers an additional service “Night Unlimited” that is available for all Volia Broadband subscribers. “Night Unlimited” can be ordered once a day and service is active from 01:00 to 08:00 the next morning. During this period traffic is not calculated.

Since June, VOLIA is offering new group of tariff plans “Unlimited” for corporate clients with symmetrical upload/download speeds: Business-300, Business -600 and Business -1200. These tariffs are also available for home users. Business-300 tariff plan provides speed of up to 300 Kbps (subscriber’s fee is UAH 400 per month); the speed of access for Business-600 amounts up to 600 Kbps (UAH 750 per month); and the speed for Business-1200 is up to 1200 Kbps (UAH 1400 per month).
