OREANDA-NEWS.  On 30 June 2008 Board of Directors of CenterTelecom announced that it has approved the pre-term termination of Sergei Yanyshev’s membership on the company's Managing Board, in connection with Mr. Yanyshev's transfer to other work.

Currently the Managing Board of CenterTelecom includes 10 members with terms of office until August 1, 2008.
