OREANDA-NEWS. On July 3, 2008  the Circular table on audit of listing companies will be held in the Business Center Old Square (98, Panfilov str., Almaty), reported the press-centre of KASE.

The event will be organized by Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) and the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The sponsors are JPA International Audit Garant LLP (Karaganda) and BDO Kazakhstanaudit LLP (Almaty).

The agenda includes the following issues:

- quality of auditing services, rendered by Kazakhstan audit companies, including those for listing purposes;

- possible solutions to problems, encountered by financial consultants at preparation of documents for listing purposes;

- proposals of KASE and the Chamber of Auditors on measures to improve quality of audit reports.

Representatives of the state bodies (the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations, the Agency for Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty), the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Kazakhstan, KASE, audit organizations, professional participants of stock market will participate in the Circular table.
