OREANDA-NEWS. June 25, 2008. Ural Steel doubles financial support to medical establishments of Novotroitsk within the program of social partnership in 2008, reported the press-centre of Metalloinvest.

This year the donations of Ural Steel for the town health service made up 17 million rubles to be spent for purchasing X-ray, endoscope, laboratory, surgical, reanimation, sterilization equipment and medical facilities for the mill’s aid posts. Ural Steel will also assist the municipal hospital in preparation for the forthcoming licensing.

In 2006-2007 Urals Steel sponsored 17,3 million rubles to buy the medical equipment for the town’s and children’s hospitals, municipal dental care and first-aid station.
