OREANDA-NEWS. On June 26, 2008 FUIB (First Ukrainian International Bank) has been successful with the syndicated loan facility, reported the press-centre of SCM.

"We completed collecting applications and signed the agreement for a syndicated loan facility on June 19, 2008. As the result of oversubscription the initial \\$30 million syndicated facility increased to \\$50 million", stated in his comments Dmitriy Yurgens, FUIB Board Chairman.

The mandated lead arrangers include VTB Bank Europe plc, GarantiBank International N.V. and ING Bank N.V.

The credit rate is LIBOR +1,85% for 1 year.

FUIB is one of the few banks with a 13-year credit history on international market; over the last 4 years it has been a very active participant at the market of syndicated loans. 

"The raised funds will be used to finance trade contracts of our clients", noted Mr. Yurgens.
