OREANDA-NEWS. June 26, 2008. RODOVID BANK awarded the winners of the promotion action "Olympic journey". The winners got the trips on Olympic Games in Beijing. This promotion action was held since April, 15 till June, 15. The participants of the promotion action were the clients that had issued a loan on any consumer needs on a total sum up to 25 thousand UAH on a card, including on the cards of the joint card programs "RODOVID BANK - NOVA LINIYA", "AMSTOR – RODOVID BANK", "Zanachka" ("Velyka Kishenya"), and also the clients – cardholders of the "Olympic program".

One tour (on two persons) was given by the VISA International payment system. Galina Gaponenko from Donetsk got this tour. Also four more tours (on one person each) were draw up. According to the results Orlov Alexander (Odessa), Paliychuk Nina (Donetsk) and Sukhovirskiy Alexander (Khmelnytskyi) got the tours. The fourth winner decided to handle this tour to the sponsors of this event.

The ceremony passed at the conference-hall in Kiev, where Mr. Sergey Bubka, the President of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) handed the prizes to the winners. "Olympic Games are the real sporting holiday that has to unite all habitants of the world and Ukraine, propagandizing Olympic values and healthy way of life", - Sergey Bubka marked. According to Mr. Denys Gorbunenko, the Chairman of the Board of OJSC "RODOVID BANK", banking promotion actions, aimed at sport’ support, not only popularize sporting values but also contribute to development of non-cash settlements in Ukraine. For instance, with the help of "Olympic program", the Bank renders support to Olympic motion in country, paying interests from trade turnover on cards to the NOC of Ukraine.

According to Viktoriya Vasilyeva, the Vice-President of OJSC "RODOVID BANK" - "Olympic program" is the program for individuals - adherents of credit cards, wherein there are credit instruments, cashless payment instruments and loyalty as a bonus chart, aimed at activation of non-cash settlements. "During the settlement by the card in the point-of-sale network for every spent 10 UAH accumulates 1 bonus. The bonuses can be exchanged on gifts during the year", - Victoria commented.

Due to the bonus chart of the "Olympic program", the clients accumulating bonuses and exchange them on gifts that are present in the special catalogue at the web-site of the Bank. "We have conducted the rewarding of the most active participants of our programs", - Viktoriya Vasilyeva said. In order to develop the "Olympic program" the Bank plans to do more attractive the bonus exchange chart of bonuses, explaining more actively to accumulate bonuses, in order to get interesting gifts.
