OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 June 2008 was announced, that a warehouse complex with the area of around 2,000 sq m is to be built in Chertanovo industrial area, south Moscow.

“The designing and building of a warehouse will be carried out on a 0.4-ha site during 2 years,” a source from Moscow City Hall said.

The designing and building work will be carried out by an investor that has acquired a right for long-term leasing the site on 257 Proektiruemy Proezd in Chertanovo industrial area at the expense of the internal funds of \\$170,000.
