OREANDA-NEWS. June 25, 2008. The National Depository Center (NDC), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of Russian securities, announced today that its five candidates were elected members of the Board of Directors of DCC CJSC at its AGM held June 24, 2008. Among the candidates proposed by NDC were Eddie Astanin, Deputy Director, NDC; Denis Soloviev, Deputy Director, NDC; Sergey Naumov, Deputy Director responsible for control, NDC; Andrey Remnev, Director of Depository, Vneshtorgbank; and Irina Vinogradova, Member of the Board, NDC.

NDC currently owns 36.96% in DCC CJSC.
