OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 June 2008 was announced, that in IDGC of Centre, JSC in the solemn atmosphere, in presence of the commission members, the collective agreement of the IDGC of Centre united operational company was signed.

General Director Evgeniy Makarov signed the contract on behalf of IDGC of Centre, JSC; Sergey Aksakov, chairman of the Council of the Representatives of the Primary Trade Union Organizations signed the contract on behalf of the employees.

'While preparing the new collective agreement, we deliberately stipulated increase in expenses, and it should be positively estimated in labour collectives and trade union organizations,' Evgeniy Makarov, General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC said. 'I would like to note that the negotiations were constructive, and this allowed in a short two-month term to coordinate the collective agreement and applications. Work on improvement of social policy proceeds. All requests, letters of employees will be without fail considered during the next collective negotiations after adoption of the sector tariff agreement for 2009-2010.'

Work on drafting the collective agreement lasted for nearby two months. The commission which included representatives of employees, chairmen of trade union organizations, representatives of the employer, heads and employees of the company worked fruitfully and harmoniously.

'We are satisfied with the work and result which were reached,' Victor Ablezgov, Chairman of the Primary Trade Union Organization of Belgorodenergo branch of IDGC of Centre, JSC and Chairman of the Belgorod branch of the All-Russia Electric Power Trade Union said. 'I have experience in work for the commissions of other power companies of the same structure, as well as IDGC, and I would like to say that while drafting the agreement, the employers aspired to arrive at the some average data. The collective agreement of IDGC of Centre is the best because it is this agreement where all social parameters, whether payments or privileges were set up at maximum.'

Chairman of the Council of Representatives of the Primary Trade Union Organizations Sergey Aksakov said once again that the dialogue of two parties while drafting the collective agreement was very constructive. There was no a single disagreements. It proves that both the parties managed to find "things in common", to consider all opinions and wishes and in such a short term "to issue" such an important document.

Summing up the meetings, Evgeniy Makarov said, 'The collective agreement is a basis of corporate culture in IDGC of Centre. My considered opinion is that the trade union is not simply an organization; it has a key role in creation and development of the team spirit, promotion of the mission and values of IDGC of Centre.'

Next week, the collective agreement will be already directed to branches of IDGC of Centre, as well as to the regional and federal labour authorities.

According to the Adviser to General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC Victor Lutskovich, this collective agreement will form a basis for preparation of standards of social policy, including a new collective agreement for 2009-2010 where parameters of the branch agreement will be considered. Greater work shall be performed with the regional power commissions in order to consider the social privileges and payments in the tariff which we have incorporated in the collective agreement,' he said.
