OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 June 2008 was announced, that Veles Capital IC subsidiary company in Ukraine obtained the license on securities management.  The Ukrainian Securities and Stock Market State Commission license on securities management № 416737 was issued June 09.

This is the new service for the Ukrainian stock market. The decision to license trust management services was taken in December 2007. The first companies were licensed in March 2008.

Securities management service means preparing the individual securities portfolio for every client. The portfolio is being managed according to individual strategy, which is developed on the base of client’s expectations on profitability and risks balance. Marina Minchukova, Head of Veles Capital IC representative office in Ukraine, named the following advantages of the new service: high liquidity (clients can take the asstes out and add money on the account in any moment); absence of credit risk (the management company can not turn bankrupt as do not bear the market risks); limit of investment expenses (the management company prepares the analytical researches themselves).
