OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 June 2008 was announced, that Sibirtelecom is to enter into an agreement with Societe Generale Vostok (BSGV) on extending a non-revolving line of credit with a limit of Rub 500 mln and a terms of e three years from the date of the signing of the agreement.

As stated in the documents of Sibirtelecom, the agreement will be signed within 10 working days from the date of its approval by the board of directors of the company. The interest rate will be MOSPRIME + 3.5% and commission for opening the credit line is 0.25% of the limit on the credit line.

Sibirtelecom announced that it would be holding a tender for the right to conclude an agreement on extending a non-revolving credit line in May 2008. The sole participant in the tenders was BSGV.
