OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 June 2008 was announced, that CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE, a member of the Holding CENTRAVIS, will increase the authorized capital to 97.5% or 100 million UAH, by issuing additional shares of the current denomination of 1 UAH.

This decision was taken by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. The increase in the authorized capital of a closed joint stock corporation is held to replenish the working capital, as well as to expand the activity of the company.

Private placement of shares, issued in the documentary form, is scheduled to be held in two phases: from 15 to 30 July and from 1 August to 12 September 2008.

In 2007 CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE reduced the net profit by 55.7% comparing to 2006 — up to 9,766 million UAH. Last year the company augmented retained earnings by 23.4% in comparison to the previous year — up to 35,290 million UAH. Measwhile the long-term financial investments increased by 39% — up to 24,273 million UAH.

Total accounts receivable rose by 29.2% — up to 182,540 million UAH. Long-term liabilities increased by 40.2% — up to 187,970 million UAH, current — by 79.1% to 338,016 million UAH. The volume of assets grew by 68.8% — up to 772,491 million UAH.
