OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 June 2008 was announced, that a number of staff changes took place in the composition of the Board of Directors of CJSC “CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE”.

Xenia Trukan, who occupied the post of the HR Director, and Dmitry Martynenko, the Director of Legal Affairs, left the company. Above mentioned top managers left the company on their own volition, and explain their decision by personal reasons.

Yuriy Atanasov, the CEO of the Holding CENTRAVIS, commented these staff changes in the following way: “We set the goal for ourselves to form the most professional team of involved top-managers. Unfortunately, on the way of achieving this goal the changes, that not always depend on us, can happen”.

The Board of Directors is an executive body of the company that is in charge of all ongoing business operations and their correspondence to the requirements and objectives that were defined by the Assembly of the shareholders of the company. The Board of Directors is responsible for elaboration of a strategy Holding, current plans and budgets; establishment of organizational units and appointment of top-managers; approval of internal regulations and distribution of responsibilities; provision of effective operational management of all business processes of the tube and pipe business.
