The following members were elected to the Company's Board of Directors:

Andrey Belinsky – Executive Director, OAO OLMA Investment Firm;
Irina Vinogradova;
Anna Vyshlova – Director General, LLC Renaissance Broker;
Roman Goryunov – Chairman of Executive Board, OAO "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange;
Irina Ikonnikova – President, ZAO Troika Dialog Investment Company;
Sergey Naumov – Deputy Director, NP National Depository Center, Internal Auditor;
Ремнев Андрей – Director of Depository, Vneshekonombank;
Denis Solovyov – Deputy Director, NP National Depository Center;
Andrey Stolyarov – Chief Financial Officer, ZAO UniCredit Bank;
Alexei Fedotov – Director, Head of Securities and Fund Services ZAO CB Citibank;
Mikhail Yudin – Director General, ZAO Deutsche Securities.

The Meeting unanimously re-elected Mikhail Laufer the President of the Company.

DCC shareholders also unanimously approved the Annual Report, balance sheet and profit and loss account of the Company for 2007.
