On 23 June 2008 was announced, that Sergey Pridantsev, COMSTAR-UTS OJSC President, had been qualified as the best in the sphere of Investor Relations (IR) among chief executives of the Russian companies according to the results of special-purpose research Thomson Reuters Extel Survey – Focus CIS 2008.

This survey was Thomson Reuters’ first ever conducted in partnership with the International Information Group Interfax individually in three Country Categories, i.e.: for Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, during 30 March through 30 May 2008, concurrently with the global research Thomson Reuters Extel Survey 2008, which encompassed over 7500 professional investors in more than 63 countries worldwide. The purpose of project is to identify the companies, top-managers and IR specialists that achieved the most tangible results in building relations with the investment community. The winners in various nominations were determined based on the voting results of the Russian and international investors.
