OREANDA-NEWS. On 23 June 2008 was announced, that meeting of OJSC Far East Telecom Board of Director held on June 10, 2008 elected new Corporate Secretary. New Company Corporate Secretary is Elena Viktorovna Tverskaya, Head of Trunk Line Operators Division of OJSC Far East Telecom.

Main duties of Corporate Secretary include providing for interaction among Company management, shareholders and any third persons concerned, such as auditors, banks, governmental authorities, clients, suppliers etc. Corporate Secretary is a guarantor for procedural requirements observation by Company officials and management bodies. She is also in charge of responses to shareholders requests and disclosure of any necessary information about Company.

Elena Viktorovna Tverskaya was born on August 18, 1975 in Vladivostok city. Graduated from Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Informatics, qualified as economist. She has been working for Far East Telecom since 2001. Started as a specialist, promoted to Head of Clients Division, Head of Sales Division, Head of Operators Division in Sakhalin Branch. In 2006 she was appointed to the position of Head of Trunk Line Operators Division.
