OREANDA-NEWS. June 20, 2008.  CJSC Frolov Electric Steel Casting Plant (Volga-FEST; ESTAR Group) in January thru April 2008 increased its output of steel square blooms by 5.3% versus the same period in 2007, reaching a mark of 84.4 ths t, according to a report to the Interfax-South agency from the ESTAR Group PR department.

The plant increased its volume of customer shipments over the period from January to April previous year by 24.9%, reaching a mark of 98.3 ths t.

The press-release says that in April this year the plant produced 22.1 ths t of steel square blooms, 13% more than in April previous year, and shipped to customers 23.2 ths t (a 19% increase).
