OREANDA-NEWS. On 20 June 2008 was announced, that Alexander Anatolyevich Tarasenkov was appointed to the position of the Executive Vice-President of Production (Chief Engineer of OJSC “OGK-2”).

Prior to the appointment to the post of the Chief Engineer Mr. Tarasenkov had held the post of the Senior Executive Vice-President, the Chief Engineer of OJSC “Troitskaya GRES” of Troitsk, Chelyabinskaya Region.

Mr. Tarasenkov was born in 1962, has completed higher engineering and technical and economic studies. From the year 2000 he occupied the executive post at the Troitskaya GRES “Chelyabenergo”.

In 1997 Alexander Anatolyevich was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of the Russian Federation.

Stanislav Neveynitsyn, acting Director General of OJSC OGK-2, gave a positive appraisal of the new appointment of the OGK-2's Chief Engineer. Mr. Neveynitsyn stated, “We have known Mr. Tarasenkov for quite a long time. He is, without any doubt, an experienced and professional technician; he deeply understands the essence of all process flows of our company. I hope that he will meet all our expectations”.
