OREANDA-NEWS. June 19, 2008. Caspian Sea Oil Fleet Department (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) is inviting bids for an open tender procedure for purchase of spares for Neftegaz ship repairs.

The tender commission reported that all the necessary materials should be delivered for three months after an agreement with the tender winner is signed. The payment will be carried out by parts during a year after equipment and spares are delivered.

The applicant is to submit a bank reference about payment of tender participation cost, indicate its full name, legal position, properties and the registration country, information about financial condition for the last year of activity and potential, a reference about lack of any tax debts, a 2% bank guarantee, indicate certificates and their issuer sources. Tender participation cost is \\$200.

The documents should be submitted until July 31, 2008 at the address: 13, Khojali Avenue, Baku. Work schedule, bids, and bank guarantee will be received till 11:00 am on August 7, 2008. The tender procedure will take place at 11:00 am on August 8, 2008.
