OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 June 2008 was announced, that IMG Holding received the confirmation from State commission on securities and funds market (SCSFM) about permission to operate in the funds market. Thus, on the 5th of June SCSFM issued a license to "IMG International Holding Company" LLC to perform professional activity in the fund market – the activity on the trade of securities, namely: brokers’ activity, dealers’ activity, activity on securities’ management.

The application to receive the corresponding licenses of the state commission was submitted by IMG on the 7th of May. Thus, the Holding may, according to the previously declared plans, conclude contracts on management of packets of shares with the shareholders of the appropriate companies of Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan, which will form a part of the Holding.
