OREANDA-NEWS. June 19, 2008. Bank “Saint-Petersburg” signed an agreement with KfW IPEX-Bank on raising USD 35 million for the term of 5 years. 

The proceeds will be used by the Bank for granting a loan to “Kaliningrad-Avia”, OJSC with the purpose of financing the terminal construction and equipment supply for Hrabrovo airport in the city of Kaliningrad.
