OREANDA-NEWS. June 17, 2008. On June 5, 2008 an ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of Power Machines took place. New Directors were elected.

Alexey Barvinok, Deputy General Director and Sales Director of Power Machines, and Alexey Ustinov, HR Director of Power Machines, entered the Board of Directors.

At the same time Nikolay Chegaev, HR and Social Issues Director of LMZ, branch of Power Machines, and Alexander Chuvaev, the former Managing Director of Power Machines withdrew from the Board of Directors.

The new Board of Directors:

1. Igor Kostin, General Director, Chairman of Managing Board;
2. Wolf Dietrich Krueger, First Deputy General Director and Production Director;
3. Vadim Chechnev, Director for Economics and Finance;
4. Nikolay Tarakanov, Director for Law Issues;
5. Alexander Rantsev, Director for Strategic Development and Controlling;
6. Alexey Barvinok, Deputy General Director and Sales Director;
7. Alexey Ustinov, HR Director.
