OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 June 2008 Southern Telecommunications Company (“UTK”), the principal fixed-line telecommunications provider for Russia’s Southern Federal District, reported that on 10th June 2008 the Company’s Board of Directors took a decision to determine the next term of office of Alexander Vladimirovich Andreev , General Director of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC, from 16 June 2008 till 15 June 2010 inclusive.

This decision was adopted in conjunction with the expiry of the powers of the General Director as established by the decision of the Board of Directors dated June 15, 2006.
