OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 June 2008 was announced, that a shopping centre with parking is to be built on Aviakonstruktora Milya Street in Zhulebino district, southeast Moscow, by 2011.

“The city authorities of Moscow made a decision to allow LLC Perekryestok-2000 to design and construct a shopping centre with the utmost area of not more than 22,000 sq m for the purpose of developing the infrastructure of Zhulebino in the southeastern administrative district of Moscow,” a source from Moscow City Hall said.

According to the source, the mall is to be put up on the 2-ha site. There will also be a car park for 184 parking spaces near the shopping centre.

It is planned to allocate establishments for consumer multiservice, public catering and leisure activity as well as a gift shop on the areas of the mall.

The source specified that LLC Perekryestok-2000 had to pay roughly \\$1.66 billion for a long lease on the ground area.
