OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 June 2008 was announced, that цithin the framework of corporate social responsibility strategy, XXI Century conducted a charity action "Give a toy friend to the child".

Children of the company’s employees shared some of their toys with the children from “Father’s House”. XXI Century has been taking care of this children’s home for several years already.

"Children like to personalize their toys. More to say, toys become real friends for the children deprived of parents’ care. The important thing is that each colleague participated in this action that joined us. Our children learned a good lesson of compassion and humanity”, said Dimitri Vasylev, XXI Century Director of Corporate Communication.

Lev Partskhaladze, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and his colleagues visited children’s home on June 11. The representatives of the XXI Century had a discussion with children and management of the home and learned about their achievements and needs. Children received toys, household electronics (refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, electric stoves and electric kettles), food and vitamins. During the visit, both sides agreed on more systematic and essential cooperation between the “Father’s House” and XXI Century.
