OREANDA-NEWS. On 16 June 2008 was announced, that saturn plant in northwest Moscow was redeveloped into a retail and office centre with the same name.

“The building with the area of 12,904 sq m is located in a 5 minute walk from Vodny Stadion metro station on 3 Avangardnaya Street. After the reconstruction approximately a half of the areas (6,000 sq m) was given over to offices of class B, another half – for retail outlets,” the message of Russian Research Group (RRG), that optimized the concept of the centre and let the areas on lease, said.

According to the press release, more than 1,500 sq m are occupied by a supermarket, about 1,000 sq m – by Fabrika Obuvi footwear store, the other areas – by retail outlets. Besides, there is PMZh cafй/club with the area of 1,000 sq m on the basement floor.

“The business centre and the retail space have been leased almost entirely. Saturn business center has started working already. The retail space is scheduled to open in July 2008. The capitalization of the object has come up several times after the redevelopment,” the document noted.
