OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2008. JSCIB “UkrSibbank” financially encouraged two students of Dnipropetrovsk Higher Education Institutions for the best scientific researches of practical value in the field of banking HR, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.

“UkrSibbank” constantly pays close attention to the HR issues. The results of the dedicated work of the Bank in this area were highly appreciated by independent experts; in particular, such magazines as “Delovoy” and “Korrespondent” declared “UkrSibbank” as one of the best employers in the banking sector of Ukraine, emphasized Margaryta Nelepova, Head of HR Management Department of JSCIB “UkrSibbank”. We are pleased that two researches based on the “UkrSibbank’s” activity were nominated for the contest of the best scientific and practical developments among young specialists, students and post-graduates named “Intelligence-Creativity-Success” that took place in the city of Dnipropetrovsk. Moreover, these papers were awarded to the highest prize of the contest”.

Kateryna Boyko, a student of Dnipropetrovsk State Financial Academy, was awarded for the research named “Forecast of Banking Specialists Labor Market Development for the Coming 3 Years” and Lyubov Vasenina, a student of Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law, was awarded for the research named “Opportunities of New Staff Resources Attraction from Other Branches of Ukraine for Retail Banking Development”.
