RBD Opened Credit Line to Tatagroprombank Worth RUR 60 Million
OREANDA-NEWS. On June 07, 2008 The Russian Bank for Development has signed the first Facility agreement with the Tatarstan`s Agro-Industrial Bank (Tatagroprombank, Kazan). In accordance with the agreement aimed at implementation of the corporate strategy of the State Corporation "Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)" till 2012 relating to SME lending support, the Kazan bank will receive RUR 60 million in the near future, reported the press-centre of RBD.
The signed document envisages targeted lending to small and medium sized enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan. The priority shall be given to industrial enterprises and to those which implement innovative and high-tech projects, as well as to SME infrastructure development projects.
RBD actively cooperates with The Volga federal district’s banks – currently the Bank has opened credit lines to five major banks in the region, and within those credit lines it has extended nearly 1200 loans totaling RUR 3,2 billion.
