OREANDA-NEWS. On 10 June 2008 was announced, that the first meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC OGK-5 was held in a new composition.

Dominique Fache (Country Manager and General Director of ENEL S.p.A in Russia and CIS) was again elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC OGK-5. Enrico Viale (ENEL’s Chief Operating Officer for the Russian operations) was elected Deputy Chairman.

Moreover, the Board of Directors introduced changes into the composition of the Executive Board of JSC OGK-5. Alexander Negomedzyanov, First Deputy General Director of JSC OGK-5 for Economy, became a new member of the Executive Board.
