OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2008.  Only eight apartments are still available for purchase in Akademdom business-premium residential complex offered by MIEL-Novostroyki. The Company sold over 30,000 sq. m of housing in less than 18 months.

MIEL-Novostroyki acted as a project co-investor with its over RUB 800 million used in the complex construction. Currently the Company is selling the apartments in the second building. One square meter sells for RUB 175,000 on average.

Akademdom is located in a fine Moscow neighborhood next to Vorontsovsky Park in the ulitsa Arkhitektora Vlasova (Southwestern Administrative District). The facility combines two residential buildings equipped with underground parking lots located inside a fenced area of 4,780 sq. m. The complex includes 298 apartments with a total area of 33,100 sq. m . The area of the complex includes a scientific and technical library, office center, club premises with a greenhouse, a convenience store, cafй, post office, beauty shop, fitness center, kindergarten, and various service outlets.

The interior finishing work is currently under way in the first building. The assembly of the last 28th floor is in progress in the second building.
