OREANDA-NEWS. June 09, 2008. AS informed earlier, by the decision of the Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of May 28, 2008 common shares KZ1C24600013 of Mangistau Electricity Distribution Network Company JSC (Aktau) were acknowledged as included in the official list of KASE of category "A" in accordance with the simplified listing procedure, set by  article 19- 1 of the Listing Rules. The shares have been assigned MREK code on KASE, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The indicated decision came into effect since June 6, 2008, as the issuer paid KASE the listing fee on the securities.

KASE trades in the shares will be announced additionally.

The financial consultant of the issuer is Investment Finance House RESMI JSC (Almaty).

The registrar of the company is REESTR-SERVICE JSC (Almaty).
