OREANDA-NEWS. June 9, 2008. Businessmen learnt about the major bidding conditions on May 30th, at the presentation of “Azov City” in Krasnodar, which was attended by over 200 representatives of domestic and foreign companies, including those from England, Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Moscow and Saint Petersburg.

The business is offered to bid for land plots with the area from 2 to 20 hectares. The main conditions for the tender participants are to start construction no later than on November 1st, 2008, and to complete it by June 1st, 2009.

According to the press service of the regional Investment and Project Design Support Department, the tender for the development rights will be won by the companies who offer the largest amount of investments they are poised to contribute to the project implementation and the highest price for the land plot lease.

Be reminded that the administration of Krasnodar region has already signed the agreement on strategic partnership in “Azov City” development with a European gambling operator – Casinos Austria company, and with ASATI, another Austrian company.
