OREANDA-NEWS. June 05, 2008. Maciej Lebkowski was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board of RosEvroBank responsible for development of retail division. Mr.Dmitry Souzdaltsev, who previously covered retail business, will be now responsible for development of the Bank’s branch network, reported the press-centre of RosEvroBank.

Maciej Lebkowski was born on May 1, 1952 in Warsaw. He graduated Glawna Handlowa School in Warsaw (speciality-international trade and economics, marketing). Mr. Lebkowski is Ph.D in economics. In 1992 he led projects of Deloitte and Touche in Warsaw. In 1993-1994 he was Head of Cporate Department at BIG Bank (Poland) and managed merger of Lodski Development Bank and BIG Bank.

During 1994 to 1997 Mr.Lebkowski worked as Director for IPC Centre private banking of Bank Handlowy. In 1997 he led "Detal" project which during 8 months helped to create and implement new concept of retail bank in Poland. In 1997-2000 - Mr.Lebkowski acted as Managing Director and Member of the Board of Handlobank where he was involved in implementation of Bank's national distribution network of 100 offices.

In 2000 Russian Alfa-Bank invited Mr.Lebkowski to lead project of creation of new banking format on the Russian market which was oriented for individual and small business customers. Mr.Lebkowski was Member of the Board and Head of Retail Block of Alfa-Bank from 2000 until 2004.

Commencing 2004 to 2005 he worked as Head of Retail Block, Senior Vice president of JSC "Vneshtorgbank", commencing 2006 to 2007 Mr.Lebkowski worked as First Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board of KMB Bank (ZAO), commencing April 2008 he works as Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board of Rosevrobank JSCB.
