OREANDA-NEWS. June 06, 2008. “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” INC put into operation an Automated Environmental Monitoring System, reported the press-centre of Nizhnekamskneftekhim.

A sanitary-hygienic zone has stationary sites arranged to record the content of repugnant substances in the air along the perimeter of the Company industrial site in the direction of all neighboring inhabited localities, to monitor the content both of the most prevalent and specific-for-the-Company air pollutants.

Information from the stationary sites is continuously relayed to the Monitoring Center and the Company Central Control Room.

The Automated Eco Monitoring System considerably enhances the environmental management operability.
