OREANDA-NEWS. June 7, 2008. The National Depository Center (NDC), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of Russian securities, announced today that its representatives have been elected to the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee of the Settlement Depository Company CJSC.

At Settlement Depository Company's annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 6, Nikolay Egorov, Director, NDC, and Eddie Astanin, Deputy Director, NDC, were elected to the company's Board, and Zhanna Klimova, Chief Accountant, NDC, was elected to the Audit Committee.

NDC owns a 28.54% stake in the Settlement Depository Company CJSC.
