OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 June 2008 was announced, that on June 5 the Public Chamber hosted the public consultations officially titled “Genius in Russia: from phenomena to state policy”. The public consultations were headed by Lyubov Dukhanina, member of the Public Chamber RF. Authorities from many RF units, university rectors, directors of some prestigious lyceums, professors and doctors of science gathered together to exchange their experience and tell about the news and developments. MVK in the person of its Director General Alexey Shaburov represented the Russian business circles.

The framework of the meeting included the questions of how to create and promote a special system which would define and support Russian genius citizens. Many researches and results of social programs were demonstrated. In his speech Mr. Shaburov focused on creating special conditions for talented young people within MVK company. Speaking about talented and genius people in Russia Mr. Shaburov told about his new project “International Calligraphic Exhibition” which immediately became the focus of everybody’s attention. The project is going to be held from 16 to 21 September in St.Petersburg. He also spoke about the role of talented people in this project. Lyubov Dukhanina specially noted high social value of the project and its creative potential.
