OREANDA-NEWS. June 05, 2008. GDP growth rates will make up 6,8 percent in 2008, this forecast was stated by Economics Minister Bohdan Danylyshyn during his speech at the Verkhovna Rada.

He also noted that the nominal GDP index is expected at UAH 956,8 billion (1 USD - 4,852 UAH) by 2008 results.

Ukraine, by January-April 2008 results ranked third among CIS countries by industrial growth rates, the index made up eight percent against the same period of 2007.
