Kazakhstan blog-platform www.yvision.kz was put into effect. Leading communication statement of Kazakhstan Kazakhtelecom with the aim of developing Kazakhstan segment Internet provides free rent of server to this project. Conception of blogsphere (web 2.0) - social net in Internet gains more and more popularity. At the same time, majority of Internet-users in Kazakhstan use blogging on foreign recourses, what create runoff user from KazNet. New Internet-platform provides free unrestricted Internet-traffic and speed of excess 512KB/sec for Megaline service users.

Designers of blog-platform became IT students of lab of Kazakhstan-Britain Technical University (KBTU). With the aims to develop KazNet continent Kazakhtelecom provided labs to KBTU, free rent of server on technical platform of Information system Management.

Internet blogging for major users of net is the main and important instrument of communication. Introduction of blog is publication of articles, new, utterance, records, pictures, multimedia and other things. The main advantage of blogging is possibility to get feedbacks - communication and discussing.

Besides common communication, blogging for many companies, public persons is an instrument of services promotion, announcement and informal communication. Corporate blogging for many people became essential instrument of business managing, forming of public opinion and conducting PR actions.

Today there are no full-scale blog-platforms, which would cover all users` demands in blogging. As the blog-platform will be in Internet-platform of Kazakhtelecom JSC, the traffic is free for users of Megaline service and without any restriction of volume. Since June 1, 2008 the speed of excess on internal resources of the company (IP- addresses, registered on Kazakhtelecom JSC in RIPE) for tariff plans of "Megaline Start", "Megaline Hit", "Megaline Light", "Megaline Box" on incoming and outgoing channel made 512 KB/sec. For users of "Megaline Turbo" tariff plan incoming speed exceed from 512 to 1024 KB/sec.
