OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 June 2008 was announced, that construction of the oil pumping station began in Skovorodino area not far from Bolshoy Never village of the Amur region. The station, located at 2694-km-mark of the route, will become the end point of the first phase of the trunk oil pipeline.

This pumping station will consist of 80 various facilities including pumping station, tank storages, cable docks, systems of fire fighting, administrative office, systems of water supply and sewerage, two power lines. “Stroitransgaz” is the general constructor of the station.

“Skovorodino” oil pumping station is only on of all pumping stations of ESPO system, which will be equipped with up-to-date Swiss-made pumps.
