OREANDA-NEWS. On 05 June 2008 was announced, that as from 17 June, 2008, Andrey Shishkin will take the office of IES Operations Director and First Vice-President within the framework of implementation of IES-Holding's target business model.

In this capacity Andrey Shishkin will be in charge of operational control over the holding company's business divisions such as Trading, Retail, Generation and others established as part of shaping IES-Holding's target structure. He will deal with the matters of development and implementation of the operations strategy, interaction between the business divisions, coordination of investment projects on creation of new generating capacities, technical policy issues, coordination of procurement strategic management and tariff formation. The Operations Director will report directly to IES-Holding President, Mikhail Slobodin.
