OREANDA-NEWS. June 04, 2008. FSFR has published its order on reissuance of the document confirming validity of the license for performance of pension security and pension insurance operations by the Non-Governmental Pension Fund "Allianz" due to the change of its name, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

In early 2008, IC ROSNO gained control over PromEnergo Fund. By now, the procedure of renaming NPF PromEnergo into NPF Allianz has been completed, and the respective amendments have been made to the EGRUL.

The specifically created workgroup is presently working out the development strategy for the Fund. In the nearest future, a management team will be formed.

The development priority for NPF Allianz will be provision of services to the general public in the obligatory medical insurance segment, which constitutes the most rapidly growing segment of the pension market.

Previously, the management of Allianz Eurasia and ROSNO has repeatedly stated its intentions to launch an NPF.
